Frequently asked questions
Can’t find your question? Feel free to call me – on weekdays between 8 and 9 am.
How long does a session last?
Depending on your prescription, a session lasts 45 or 60 minutes. In the first session I take time for a thorough assessment so that we can tailor the therapy precisely to you.
What should I bring?
Please bring your medical prescription, comfortable clothing and any relevant medical reports, such as recent MRI scans or X-rays. That way I can get a good picture of your situation straight away.
What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?
Please cancel any appointment you cannot attend at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, I have to charge for cancellations made at shorter notice.
How can I pay?
Payment is made conveniently by bank transfer, so there is no need to bring cash. We will agree at the first appointment whether you pay after each session or in one sum at the end of the course. With a medical prescription and approval, you can claim part of the cost back from your health insurance fund.
How is biofeedback training charged?
I offer biofeedback training as a complete package together with a physiotherapy session. You can submit the physiotherapy portion to your health insurance fund with a medical prescription.
Can there be reactions after the treatment?
Yes, that can happen – your body is responding to the treatment. I take these reactions into account and adapt the therapy individually to you.
I look forward to meeting you soon.
Appointments are best made by phone, on weekdays between 8 and 9 am. Outside these hours, you are welcome to send me a message on WhatsApp.
